【110-1】慶賀-期末報告調整說明

「慶賀」是服務學習課程的最後一個階段，本學期的慶賀原訂於111年1月9日(週日)辦理，並於當天分隊進行期末報告，考量同學難免有不可抗力因素影響出席，課程承辦團隊為協助全學期認真且有心想通過課程的同學們，將慶賀調整成ＡＢ兩個方案，請同學協助於12月30日(週四)中午12點前填寫回覆表單，以利協助同學進行報告，如有填寫上的困難，請盡速聯繫課程承辦單位(授課老師、TA、課程承辦人員)，以下為方案內容個別說明。

《方案Ａ-課堂時間》

實施方式

🔸選擇此方案的同學請於111年1月3日(週一)前將期末報告上傳至指定雲端，雲端連結由TA公告至小組聯繫群組。

🔸選擇此方案的同學請於第16週、第17週與第18週的三節原課堂時間準時出席(三週共3個小時)，並上台完成報告(同組1~2人一隊，每隊3分鐘分享)。

🔸報告順序由授課老師及TA於課堂宣布，非報告時段請專心聆聽其他同學報告內容，並於課堂進行交流。

🔸課堂時間會進行出缺席點名，並由課程承辦單位視三週的課堂參與狀況核發點數，如三週皆全程出席(無遲到、早退或無故未到)、於課堂時間完成測驗與作業，於課堂時間完成口頭報告者，即可課堂點數18點(上限)。

《方案Ｂ-非課堂時間》

實施方式

🔹選擇此方案的同學請於TA公告的期限內繳交報告，方式以TA公告的資訊為主。

🔹選擇此方案的同學請於1月9日(週日)準時出席，並上台完成報告(同組1~2人一隊，每隊3分鐘分享)。

🔹選擇此方案的同學，請依照TA指示準時出席其中一個場次(共2個小時)。

🔹當天全程出席(無遲到或早退)且完成口頭報告者，由課程承辦單位核發點數(課堂點數18點+自主學習點數3點)，第16週至第18週可申請期末溫書假，無須到教室進行點名。

共同注意事項

⭐請同學於110年12月30日(週四)中午12點前填寫表單回覆預計選擇方案，表單連結由TA公告至小組聯繫群組。

⭐期末口頭報告內容為之前宣達過的「話我家鄉」簡報(一隊4頁)，作業製作方式維持。

⭐方案選擇為「個人」意願，同組或同隊無須選同一方案，如果原本2人一隊想選擇不同方案，則須個別上台進行口頭報告。

⭐上述方案每位修課同學僅能二擇一，如有課程或填寫相關問題，皆可詢問課程承辦單位(授課老師、TA、課程承辦人員)。

"Celebration" is the last stage of the service learning course. The celebration of this semester was originally scheduled to be handled on January 9, 111 (Sunday), and the team will make a final report on the same day. 《Plan A-Original class time》

Implementation

🔸 Students who choose this plan should upload the final report to the designated cloud before January 3, 111 (Monday), and the cloud link will be announced by the TA to the group contact group.

🔸 Students who choose this plan are requested to attend the original class time in the 16th, 17th and 18th weeks on time (3 hours in 3 weeks), and complete the report on stage (1~2 people in the same group, each team 3 minutes to share).

🔸 The order of the report will be announced by the teacher and TA in the class. During the non-reporting period, please listen to the content of other students' reports and communicate in class.

🔸 There will be a roll call for absentees during class time, and the course organizer will issue points based on the three-week class participation status. Those who complete the oral report in class time can earn 18 class points (upper limit).

《Plan B-Non-class time-January 9》

Implementation

🔹 Students who choose this plan should submit the report within the time limit of the TA announcement, and the method is mainly based on the information announced by the TA.

🔹 Students who choose this plan are requested to attend on time on January 9th (Sunday) and complete the report on stage (1~2 people in the same group, 3 minutes for each team to share).

🔹 Students who choose this plan, please follow the TA instructions to attend one of the sessions on time (2 hours in total).

🔹 Those who attend the whole day (no late or leave early) and complete the oral report will be issued by the course organizer (18 points for class + 3 points for self-study), and from the 16th to the 18th week, you can apply for the end-of-term book leave. No need to go to the classroom for roll call.

Common considerations

⭐ Students are requested to fill out the form to reply to the expected selection plan before December 30, 110 (Thursday). The link of the form is announced from the TA to the group contact group.

⭐ The content of the oral report at the end of the term is the "Talking to My Hometown" briefing (4 pages in a team) that was previously announced. The production method is maintained.

⭐ The plan selection is based on "individual" wishes. The same group or team does not need to choose the same plan. If a team of 2 people originally wanted to choose a different plan, they must individually go to the stage and give an oral report.

⭐ Each student in the above program can only choose one of the two. If there is a course or fill in related questions, you can ask the course organizer (teacher, TA, course organizer).
